Warranty terms and conditions

 

(1) Please register the product online and complete the warranty form within 7 days of purchase.

​​(2) According to the maintenance registration information, the product has a one-year warranty . Overdue will not be accepted.

 

(3) When repairing, the customer must present the original copy of the shopping receipt at the same time to be valid.

​

(4) During the warranty period, we will provide free repair and replacement parts for any malfunction of the machine, which is proven by us to have occurred under normal use. 

​

(5) In the following cases, this maintenance service will automatically become invalid , or the company will charge materials and repair costs according to the situation

(1) The product has been changed or repaired by a person not authorized by the company;

(2) Damage caused by incorrect operation, negligent use, infiltration of dirt into the machine, accident, moth-eaten, and natural disaster;

(3) Failure of machine operation due to abnormal power supply or abnormal voltage.

(6) Customers are required to bring the product to us (some large products will be repaired on-site) and collect it from us after repair by themselves.

(7) This protection only applies in Hong Kong.

​

(8) All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

In case of any disputes, GREENONI Green Ao Group Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.
